  I was shocked when I saw my car which was considered as repaired. The car was clean, but the fender didn't align with the door, there were missing bolts, wheel well liner sticking out of the car, the fender garnish wasn't secured, etc. A few days later, there was the second attempt - I got my car without the working headlight and a windscreen covered with a clear coat (or what it was), so I saw nothing when the sun came out. I drove immediately back and guys fixed it while I was waiting. Staff was professional in both cases, but they should pick the problems on their own, in the first place. Conclusion: if you don't care about your car, it's a place to go. Otherwise look elsewhere.

  Used this place under my insurance twice now. Good service and repairs. Second time they took a little while to fix the car but it required quite a lot of repairs to the front wheel so, whilst it was annoying, I'm sure it was not down to Eblen but a third party.
  
  People are good to deal with and answered all of my questions (on the last occasion, providing me more information than my insurer)

  I so strongly advise against ever going with this repairer, they charge for repairs that are unnecessary and are sly when it comes to the details about so items. I will NOT be coming back nor do I suggest anyone do get their car fixed here, a complete and utter waste of money and my time. Thanks for nothing - Jacob
